Before you start a new claim claimants must understand and consent to the following terms:
I authorise Frontline Tenant Defence, a claims management agency, to:
Contact and liaise with my landlord, housing association, council, contractors, or any relevant third party regarding my housing conditions and claim.
Obtain, process, and share information that is reasonably necessary to progress my claim.
Prepare, submit, and manage my claim for compensation relating to poor or unsafe housing conditions on my behalf.
Your personal information will be stored securely and processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Information will only be shared with third parties where necessary to progress your claim.
You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You confirm the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You understand that providing false or misleading information may affect the progress or outcome of your claim.
You may withdraw your consent and/or cancel our authority to act at any time by contacting us in writing to: info@frontlinetenantdefence.co.uk
